INFANT PROGRAM

At Sprouts Childcare, we understand that infants need a warm, nurturing and secure environment where they feel safe and cared for. Our educators provide attentive, individualized care that supports each infant’s early development while giving parents peace of mind throughout the day. Recognizing that every infant has unique routines, we work closely with families to follow each child’s individual feeding and sleeping schedule. Infants rest comfortably in their own crib or cot, and multiple naps are accommodated to meet their developmental needs. For infants who are ready for regular meals, we provide a nutritious hot lunch and two healthy snacks daily. Parents may provide food for younger infants until they transition to our menu. Communication with families is very important to us. Parents receive daily updates about their child’s day, including feeding, sleeping and activities, so you always feel connected to your child’s experience at the centre. Our infant program encourages active exploration and meaningful interaction with caring educators. Through singing, reading, sensory play and gentle learning activities, infants begin developing their physical, social and cognitive skills. Children also enjoy daily outdoor time, whether on stroller walks or in our playground, allowing them to experience fresh air and new surroundings.
